Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team at Circa. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing an exceptional first impression
  • Seat guests promptly and efficiently, taking into account table availability and guest preferences
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our standards
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds
